- The problem
- Bookings arrive by phone, WhatsApp and at the desk, and live in a paper register.
- What I would build
- A booking web app for reception, with a room calendar and printable invoices.
- What it changes
- One calendar for every room, and invoices printed at the desk.

- Customer accounts, subscriptions with online payment, and an admin panel.

- Customers sign up and pay on their own, and the founder follows one dashboard.
